All Orders

After ordering online, you will receive an Email Confirmation and/ or a Phone Call containing your order 

details. We will advise your Expected Manufacture date once your Order has been processed. A Tax Invoice for your Order will be sent as soon as it is ready for dispatch. Dispatch can take up to 48 hours Ex Sydney. Free Delivery applies to all orders over $150 to GROUND FLOOR of ALL Capital City metro areas and designated surrounding areas. Please note: If the address is invalid or there is no one on site to accept delivery, a re-delivery fee may be charged.

Small Items

We will endeavor to send your items by Australian Registered Standard or Express Post according to your instructions within 24 hours. Delivery will be Quoted accordingly

Large Goods

If held in stock, we will attempt to send your goods via Courier or our own delivery vehicle within 48 Hours*

Estimated lead times will be quoted for unstocked, made to order items; up to 15-20 working days is normal.

If delivery time is critical we will attempt to expedite your order if requested.
