Contractual obligations will depend solely upon the contents of relevant customer Purchase Orders, Confirmations and Vendor Invoices

• Best Price Guarantee. We are confident we provide a fair price, everytime. If you find another Australian distributor providing more competitive pricing on a product of the same brand and model, please contact our team. We want to ensure you are satisfied with not only quality but also on price. Where possible and at our discretion only, we will price match on any competitors price subject to the terms and conditions listed below;
  • 1. Eligible Competitors - Retailers based in Australia only. 
  • 2. Product Requirements - The goods must be identical with regard to brand, model, size, colour and any other relevant attributes. 
  • 3. Price Verification - Current pricing from said competitor must be provided such as an image of the listing or quote and/or link to the website. Pricing must be inclusive of GST and freight. 
  • 4. Time Limits - The pricing must be valid as of “today’s” date. Best Price Guarantee only valid for approval BEFORE an order has been placed.
  • 5. Exclusions - Sale or discounted goods, discount codes, multiple item rebated purchases, private sellers and or auction sites. 
  • 6. Our Best Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is approved at our discretion only.
• Fairness. Our Pricing Policy is that where an order is placed for items with Web published prices that have increased within the 30 days prior to order date, and the customer order is based on the previous web published price, we will honour the lower price
• Multiple Item Rebates - We will, wherever applicable, share delivery cost savings resulting from more efficient delivery associated with multiple item orders.
  Select "Request Invoice" in the cart and we will apply the applicable M I R in your quote/invoice.
• All prices listed INCLUDE GST & Ground Floor Delivery to Capital City Metro Areas. Some minimum order restrictions apply for free delivery. 
• We will quote Australia wide Delivery using the most efficient form of Transport
• Where returns are accepted by the vendor, Refunds or Credits are subject to delivery & return delivery charges and  to a 20% Restocking Fee. Damaged or wrongly supplied items replaced free.
• If Installation is cancelled within 24 hours of your booked Install Date - there will most likely be a Cancellation Fee charged at our discretion
