Returns & Refunds Policy
At JustBoards, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work towards a fair resolution. We will refund, replace, cancel or offer discounts whenever it is fair to all parties.
This Refund Policy does not apply to goods which have been used & damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If your requirements change before dispatch, please contact us immediately. In many cases, we can amend or cancel orders without additional cost.
Custom-made, custom-sized, and custom-printed products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.
Artwork setup fees remain payable where artwork proofs have been supplied to you for approval.
Returns
Returns may be accepted where:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
- We are notified within 7 days of delivery.
- The return has been approved by JustBoards.
Change of Mind Returns
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to:
- A 20% restocking fee.
- Return freight costs paid by the customer.
- The item is unused and in its original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Made to order & custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If we have supplied the wrong product or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.
Where the error or damage is our responsibility or that of our freight carrier, we will arrange a replacement and cover any associated freight costs.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect installation or handling.
- Accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Transportation after delivery to the original delivery address.
To ensure the fastest resolution, please report any concerns promptly and provide all relevant information, including photographs where applicable. We recommend that all order amendments, confirmations and requests are submitted in writing via email for record-keeping purposes.
