We’re confident our prices are competitive and fair—every time. But if you find a lower price on the same branded product from another Australian supplier, we want to hear from you. Where possible, and at our discretion, we’ll match or beat that price, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Competitor Location - Australian-based retail businesses only.
2. Product Match - Items must be identical in brand, model, size, colour, and other specifications.
3. Price Verification - Provide proof of pricing (e.g. quote, product link, or screenshot). Price must include GST and freight.
4. Timing - The competitor’s offer must be current on the date of your request. Price matching must be approved prior to placing your order.
5. Exclusions - Excludes sales items, special discounts or codes, bundled/multi-buy offers, private sellers, or auction websites.
6. Final Approval - This offer is made at our discretion only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.

• If a price listed on our website has increased within 30 days prior to your order, and your order is based on the earlier (lower) web-published price, we will honour the lower price—no questions asked.
• We include GST and FREE ground floor delivery to capital city metro areas on all published prices. (Minimum order requirements apply for free delivery.)

We’re happy to pass on delivery cost savings when you order multiple items. If your order qualifies, we’ll adjust your pricing accordingly:
