  • Free ground floor delivery on all orders over $150.
  • Available in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Darwin, Canberra and surrounding metro areas.
  • Additional freight may apply for large boards (1800mm and above) due to palletised or sensitive delivery. Freight charges are calculated based on delivery location, order size and product weight or dimensions. We confirm any additional freight with you before your order is processed, and refund in full if you would rather not go ahead.
  • Subsidised freight will be quoted for regional or non-metro areas.

Dispatch and shipping times

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
  • Delivery typically takes up to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on location.
  • Custom or made-to-order boards require up to 10 to 15 working days for manufacturing.
  • Boards are shipped from our depots in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth.
  • Metro areas (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) receive local delivery by our team; regional and non-metro areas receive a third party courier delivery.

Small items

  • Orders under $150 ship for a flat $30 delivery charge, allow 3 to 5 business days.
  • Dispatched within 24 hours whenever possible.

Order confirmation and tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email after placing your order.
  • If not received within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), please contact us on FREECALL 1800 654 917.
  • A tax invoice will be sent with your order.
  • Tracking numbers are provided where applicable.

Delivery conditions and damage claims

  • Please inspect your delivery for transit damage as soon as it arrives.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of any damage or issues. Claims made outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery or the address is incorrect, re-delivery fees may apply.

Pick-up

  • Pick-up is available by prior arrangement from our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth warehouses; 24 hours notice is usually required.
  • Ensure your vehicle is large enough to carry the board safely inside.
  • Boards cannot be transported on roof racks or open utes.
  • Transit damage during pick-up transport is not covered under warranty.
