Returns & Refunds Justboards

  •  If on receipt of items, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We are dedicated to providing the best solution for you. We will refund, replace, cancel or offer discounts whenever it is fair to all parties.
  • If you become aware your needs have changed before dispatch, please phone or email us as soon as possible. We quite often can cancel or make changes to your order without cost.
  • This Refund Policy does not apply to goods which have been used & damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition.
  • Where a change of mind has occurred and a Return has been agreed to; any Refund/ Replacement will be subject to payment of all additional Transport costs and an additional 20 % restocking fee. In most cases, Custom Orders cannot be Cancelled. 
  • If we or our Contracted Carriers are responsible for your dissatisfaction, we will not look to you for Transport costs for Return or Resupply. 

Our aim is to ensure all items fit your needs and are of Premium Quality. 

Our Returns Policy reinforces that aim. 

All Orders should be made or Confirmed via Email and all problems must be reported in a timely manner.

   1. Items supplied NOT in accordance with your Order;

We will meet all Freight Costs and Resupply items; in some instances we may offer a discount in lieu of resupply


    2. Items Incorrectly Ordered;

Standard items may be returnable with a restocking fee of 25% plus Return & Resupply Freight costs borne by you

     3.Custom Items;

Items are Returnable only at our discretion. If authorised, a Restocking Fee will be agreed plus Return & Resupply Freight costs to be borne by you.

      5. Damaged items.

Successful claims are dependent on timely reporting to establish at what point the damage occurred (normally within 48 hours of delivery).

If outer packaging displays signs of trauma, you should ask our Driver to note such signs of trauma, sign subject to further inspection, & preferably open package for immediate inspection. Photos of relevant areas of packages and items should be obtained and forwarded to us ASAP together with all relevant information. We must be satisfied that damage has not occurred whilst in your possession. 

Any claims notified later than 48 hours after delivery will be deemed valid only at our discretion.
