Whats the best way to find Prices and Availability?
Prices can be easily found on our Website by clicking on the following tab at the top of each page

Are you online based only or do you have a showroom?
JustBoards is an online business. At present we do not have a showroom where you can physically view our products
Any addresses listed for us on Google are postal addresses only

Can I get a Custom Made Board?
Yes, we are happy to custom make a Whiteboard, Pinboard or DESIGNER Glassboard to meet your needs.
The maximum size we can produce on the shorter  side is 1200mm due to material availability.

How Much is Shipping?
We provide Free Shipping to all Australian Capital City Metro Areas only on orders over $150.
We will quote delivery prior to processing your Order for you to confirm (Non Metro Locations Only).
These prices are competitive and are based on Ground Floor Delivery only.
How do I Pay for my Order?
Payment is required prior to Manufacture on all Custom Manufactured Boards and for all letterboard items.
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you through a Tax Invoice for payment via Credit Card or Direct Deposit
For stock items, we do not require payment prior to dispatch. We will send you through a Tax Invoice once your order has been dispatched
Payment is required within 7 days for Private Buyers or Businesses and 30 days for Government Agencies & Schools etc.
We accept payment via Credit Card or Direct Deposit. Visa, Mastercard &  AMEX are accepted with NO SURCHARGE.
How do I know you received my order?
Once you have completed your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via Email.
If you do not receive this within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), please contact us on 1800 654 917.
How long does it take for Delivery?
If the product you have ordered is in stock, we can have it dispatched within 48 hours.
Depending on your location it can take up to 10 working days for delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure all Details for Delivery have been advised and are correct.
This includes Delivery Address, Key Contact Person for Delivery and any Special Requirements and/or preferred Hours for Delivery. 
If the address is invalid or there is no one on site to accept delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged at your expense.
Is it easy to Install the boards myself?
Yes, your average handyperson should be able to install the boards quite easily.
We do recommend a 2-person install on all large boards.
  • Check the area for Installation is clear of wires and pipes prior to drilling.
  • Porcelain and Commercial surface Boards are built on Magnetic Steel Sheets and will require secure wall fixings.
  • Standard Frame Boards are installed via Screw Holes in each corner.
  • LX Frame Whiteboards are supplied with a Spilt Batten fixture.
  • Wall Mates (can be purchased from your local Hardware) are a great tool to help secure the boards to plasterboard walls.
If you cannot arrange Installation yourself, we are happy to organise it for you at an extra cost if you are located in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne only

Why do we use Split Batten Fixings?
We supply reverse Split Batten Fixings on LX Edge Framed and Felt Groove Letter Boards. 
Split Batten Fixings completely hide all fixtures from the board face, providing a totally clean look. 
Installation is easy

What is a Split Batten Fixing?
Split Battens are slim aluminum plates designed to provide a concealed fixing for installation. 
One fixing is attached to the back of the board and the other to the wall allowing them to interlock. 
Please note that Boards do not sit flush on the wall with a Split Batten Fixing. 
All Unframed Letter Boards and LX Edge Framed Boards are supplied with a Split Batten Fixing. 

 

What happens if my Board is damaged upon Delivery?
If there are any problems with your order including missing items, damaged equipment and/or you are not completely satisfied with your items,
please contact us immediately to ensure you allow us enough time to resolve the issues for you.
Where you can see damage to the outer carton upon delivery, please make note of this when accepting your delivery.
We need to be contacted within 48hours for claims of transit damage
You must send images of the outer carton as well as the board or item itself which shows the damage
Do you supply a Discount if i order a large quantity of Boards?
Yes, if you order multiple items, usually 5 or more boards in one transaction - contact our team and we will attempt to work out a better price for you.

Can i collect a board myself?
Yes, pick up is available from our warehouses located in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne & Perth.
In most cases, 24 hours notice is required prior to collection.
You must ensure you have a vehicle large enough to transport the board as any damage that occurs in transit is NOT covered under warranty.
Boards cannot be stored on roof racks or on the back of utes. The vehicle must be large enough to fit said board inside the vehicle.
